Who We Serve
We serve adults with disabilities residing in the family home across Orange County and the Inland Empire—including San Bernardino, Riverside, and surrounding communities. Our support is tailored for:
Children and adults with physical, intellectual, or developmental disabilities who are clients of the Regional Center of Orange County
Individuals 18 and older with conditions such as autism, cerebral palsy, intellectual disabilities, epilepsy, and related diagnoses
Families seeking help navigating support options and accessing available benefits

Our Services
Our Support Coordinators work closely with families to minimize stress, remove obstacles, and enhance quality of life. We provide assistance with:
Care Planning & Navigation
We create tailored care strategies and connect you to all eligible resources—from Medi-Cal programs to in-home care and grant opportunities.
Health & Therapy Coordination
We coordinate medical services, schedule appointments, and arrange transportation to keep care plans on track.
Respite Arrangements
When you need time to recharge, we help organize trusted respite care—including caregiver roles for family members when applicable.
Daily Living Skills
We provide guidance in daily routines—like hygiene, cooking, and using adaptive tools—fostering growth and confidence along the way.
Education & Rights Advocacy
Whether it’s navigating IEPs or applying for college, we help families understand their rights and advocate effectively.
Workplace Preparation
From resume building to on-the-job support, we assist adults with disabilities in achieving independence through employment.
